Once inside, you can move through the course at your own pace.

2. Your Live Support Cohort Begins January 12th

Because you joined during this enrollment period, you’re included in the Live Support Cohort starting January 12th, 2026.

This means you’ll also receive:

Weekly pacing emails from me guiding you step-by-step through each module
Access to a private online community where everyone is moving through COHR Goals at the same time
Built-in encouragement, accountability, and shared momentum
