You wish life felt a little more manageable—and a lot less chaotic.

But lately?

  • You can’t help but feel like everything’s slipping through the cracks. One week it’s your goals. The next it’s your work deadlines. Then it’s your routines or your self-care. You feel like you’re constantly playing catch-up, and it’s exhausting.
  • You’ve got grocery lists in your Notes app, work tasks in your planner, habit trackers in another app, and a bunch of ideas floating around in your head. You keep trying to stay on top of things, but your current system (if you can call it that) just isn’t cutting it.
  • You keep rewriting the same to-do list every week, hoping this time it’ll stick.
And through it all, there’s a constant hum of “I’m already behind.”
You don’t need to keep winging it every week.
You need something that holds it all, so you don’t have to.

You're not the problem. Your system is.

The truth is, most systems weren’t built to hold everything you're carrying—your routines, your goals, the habits you’re trying to build, the emotional bandwidth you’re managing, the life admin tasks that never make the list but always demand your energy.

The good news?

That changes today.
Introducing...

The Life Management Suite:

The Ultimate Notion Template Bundle

A fully-built, ready-to-use system that helps you organize your entire life—routines, habits, goals, tasks, and reflections—all in one beautiful, customizable dashboard.

This isn’t just a productivity tool... It’s a clarity tool. A confidence tool. A “finally feel like you’ve got your sh*t together” tool.
I want it now!

But first, what even is Notion?

Notion is a customizable digital workspace that acts like your personal operating system.

You can use it to manage your to-do lists, build routines, store notes, map out goals, keep a journal, track your habits, plan your week, and so much more. Think of it like a customizable planner, journal, and digital filing cabinet all rolled into one (but way more flexible and way more beautiful).

The only catch?

Notion itself is a blank canvas. And because Notion is so open-ended, many people get overwhelmed and give up before they even really start. (Maybe you've even had that experience with Notion yourself?)

That’s where The Life Management Suite comes in.

Skip the confusion and jump straight into a done-for-you setup that’s been carefully designed to give your brain a break and your life the structure it’s been craving.

I'm Ready to Dive In!
"I couldn't have had a better experience with Amanda’s Notion course and templates. I’d wanted to use Notion for a while but always felt intimidated to start. The videos were clear, easy to follow, and the templates were exactly what I needed to finally dive in. I’ve never been more organized in all areas of my life and I finally feel on top of everything!"

If you’re still on the fence, here’s how you’ll know The Life Management Suite is right for you:

  • You feel mentally disorganized, even though you technically have a planner, a notes app, and a spreadsheet… somewhere.

  • You feel like you have 100 tabs open in your brain, and the smallest request from someone else (a “can you send me that thing?” text) is enough to tip you into overwhelm.

  • You want to track your habits and well-being, but the apps you’ve tried either feel too rigid, too generic, or just aren’t built for how your brain works.

  • You keep setting goals and then forgetting about (*cough* ignoring) them until the end of the month or quarter—when you're faced with the reality that you haven't made any progress.
  • You’ve spent more time formatting your productivity tools than actually using them and you’re so over it.

  • You crave a sense of progress, but all you feel is maintenance mode. And deep down, you’re worried that your bigger dreams are getting lost in the shuffle.

  • You’re constantly juggling multiple responsibilities—career, relationships, home, health, growth—and none of your current tools feel like they hold the whole picture.

  • You’re not trying to do more; you’re trying to do what matters most without everything else falling through the cracks.

The Life Management Suite has the system that helps you go from “just trying to stay afloat” to feeling  grounded,   organized,  and  actually in rhythm with your life.

Have we met?
Hey— I’m Amanda Hilton, the founder of The Simply Well.

I began my own wellness journey about a decade ago when, amidst the hustle and bustle of compounding responsibilities and the pressure to "do it all," I began to crave a holistic feeling of well-being that could help me sustain my busy lifestyle. And while I didn’t find a one-size-fits-all solution to well-being (and "working on myself" didn't automatically resolve my stress or overwhelm), I did find that the small, positive, intentional things I practiced on a daily or weekly basis rippled outward into other areas of my life, and I began to shift my foundational beliefs about what it means to be "well."

But there was just one problem.

While my foray into the wellness industry offered me some direction and hope, finding balance and consistency throughout the process proved to be more challenging. The occasional yoga class and sporadic positive psychology intervention weren’t cutting it— and as the years of early adulthood passed, I found myself oscillating between feeling like I had to “do it all” (Have you ever felt pressured by the self-help gurus to wake up at 4:45 AM to fit in a workout, meditation, journaling, walking, yoga, reading, and a cold shower all before starting the workday?! *cough* Yeah, uhh, me neither 🙄) or losing my momentum altogether and failing to make time for any personal growth or wellness practices at all.

I realized that in order to sustain my well-being over the long run, I needed to anchor personal growth into my life in a way that was simultaneously systematic and flexible. In other words, I craved pathways for growth that felt structured and practical (so that I could trust their efficacy and actually rely on them), but also elastic enough to allow me to adapt them to my unique needs, goals, and lifestyle (no more mindlessly following someone else’s “10 guaranteed steps to success” and crossing my fingers that it would finally work).

Over the last several years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding personal development from numerous angles, including academic (receiving my Master’s Degree in Psychology from Columbia University) and experiential (testing out self-growth practices in my own life— ranging from mega-popular to über-niche), and developed my educational Instagram account and popular Take What You Need email newsletter to help others do the same. And now, I’m combining my knack for breaking down empirical psychology research into bite-sized strategies and my background in educational theory and curriculum design to make personal growth more accessible and actionable than ever before.

I can't wait to get to know you better!
